At A Running Start, our commitment to running goes well beyond providing shoes, clothing and accessories for runners. We're owned and operated by runners - whenever we get the chance, we run! We can't help it, it's in our blood - it's what we do - and we want to share the many benefits that this sport provides with others. Running and walking programs can help you to feel better, have more energy and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Come join us for a run - at your own pace! Beginners and veteran runners alike are invited! We generally run 6 miles. |
